If a given web page is editable by the logged in user, editing tools will be visible on the right hand side of the banner (circled below). 

Depending on the active page, only some of these tools may be visible. Some content is “baked-in” and either cannot be edited at all or can only allow simple text edits in certain parts of the page. Typically pages that cannot be edited by the site administrator include the map page and the contact form.
