This icon may be clicked to open the page manager, which allows a user with appropriate privileges to change the order or hierarchy of certain pages and provides another method of accessing the HTML editor. Pages can be dragged and dropped into new positions, which is very useful and powerful, but always check that the result was as you intended. You may need to refresh or click onto another page in order to see any changes reflected in the main site menu.
